Danielle Stout

Danielle Stout is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and resource management, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Resource Management for Optimum CareerPath Services at Optimum Healthcare IT since August 2014. In this role, Danielle contributes to the establishment of career pathways between college students and the healthcare industry through partnerships nationwide. Previously, Danielle held the position of Senior Recruiter at both Optimum Healthcare IT and Encore Health Resources, and served as a Senior Consultant/Recruiter at Santa Rosa Consulting. Danielle began a career in the healthcare sector with CPSI as an Education Specialist and in Financial Implementations. Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Millsaps College in 2006.
