Arvind Verma

Arvind Verma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Arvind started their career at Thermax India Ltd as an Engineer from 1986 to 1988. Arvind then joined Larsen & Toubro as an Executive Engineer, where they supported management in strategic planning and budgeting, and also handled sales and marketing of the company's software products in the Indian market from 1990 to 1994.

After that, Verma worked at Ramco Systems, Switzerland, first as a Sr. Business Analyst from 1994 to 1996, leading a team for implementing the company's ERP solution at an Iron & Steel company in India. Arvind then became a Group Manager, Projects, leading a large and complex implementation of Ramco's ERP solution at ETA SA, a member of the Swatch Group, from 1996 to 2000.

Verma then joined Syncata as the Director of AMS Services, where they focused on sales and delivery of the company's Application Maintenance and Support services, helping stabilize and scale up their India-based delivery operations from 2000 to 2004.

Arvind later joined Snap-on as the Global Accounts Director, responsible for account coordination and business development at select automotive accounts in the Western region. Their focus was on Electronics Parts Catalog, Business Management solutions, and Warranty solutions for automotive companies from 2004 to 2007.

Verma's most recent role has been as the President & CEO of Optimum Info since 2007. In this position, they specialize in providing Business Management, Dealer Contact, Dealer Package Management, Warranty Claims Processing, and Tread Reporting solutions for the automotive and motor vehicle industry.

Arvind Verma's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, which they pursued from 1982 to 1986. Following that, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where they obtained an MBA degree between 1988 and 1990.
