Kelly Durga has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Logistics Manager at Schenker Logistics in Australia, where they managed profit and cost center operations for multiple departments. From 2004 to 2006, they served as the Director of Global Logistics and Support Operations at Custer Battles, overseeing logistics, information systems, facilities, and administrative departments.

In 2006, Kelly transitioned to the finance industry and worked as an Investment Advisor at Independence Financial Partners until 2009. Kelly then joined Keystone Financial Management as a Financial Analyst and Business Administrator, responsible for conducting financial analysis, managing business submissions, and ensuring compliance.

From 2010 to 2012, Kelly worked as an Internet Sales Manager at Gilboy Automotive Group, where they achieved VW Step Program goals by contacting and responding to internet and phone leads.
