Angelica Strandberg is an experienced Strength Conditioning Coach and Client Success professional at BARCH, delivering over 20 classes each week while utilizing data analytics to enhance program effectiveness and provide performance reports to stakeholders. Additionally, Angelica serves as a Brand Ambassador and Coach for Optimum Nutrition, supporting athletes in achieving their performance goals. Previously, Angelica held the position of Head Coach and Assistant Manager at F45 Training, focusing on functional training and gym operations. With a strong background in personal training and coaching, Angelica also boasts extensive experience in management and education, having taught mixology courses while managing logistics for large groups. Angelica's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Uppsala University, as well as various courses in sport management, marketing, sport nutrition, and applied sport coaching.
