Linnea Pyne, CMF, CMT-P, MFT Candidate, is a seasoned mindfulness facilitator with extensive experience in creating and leading workshops focused on relational mindfulness and its application in various contexts, including performance and education. Current roles include workshop creator and facilitator at The Prague Shakespeare Company and The Huntington, as well as owner of A Mindful Life in Los Angeles. Linnea Pyne has consulted with Denison University to integrate mindfulness into campus life and has facilitated programs for diverse groups, including young adults at the Optimum Performance Institute and leadership programs within the NYC Department of Education. With a background in neuropsychology and physical anthropology from Bowdoin College, combined with advanced training in mindfulness from UCLA, Linnea Pyne continues to contribute to the field of mindfulness through innovative workshops and retreats.

Optimum Performance Institute

OPI is a co-ed treatment program for struggling young adults ages 17-28. We treat a variety of behavioral health issues in a real-world environment. We support our participants through therapy and life coaching while they explore and pursue their passions in the community with school, work, and volunteer opportunities in the Woodland Hills area of California. We have been named "Best in Treatment"​ by Psychology Today magazine for young adult men and women struggling with borderline personality disorder.
