Katherine Atherton, LCSW, is a seasoned mental health therapist currently working at Optimum Performance Institute since September 2022. OPI is a co-ed treatment program for struggling young adults ages 17-28. We treat a variety of behavioral health issues in a real-world environment. We support our participants through therapy and life coaching while they explore and pursue their passions in the community with school, work, and volunteer opportunities in the Woodland Hills area of California.
