Chris Bresnan is currently the Vice President of Government Affairs at Optimum, a role they began in 2025. Previously, they served as Senior Director of Government Affairs at the same company, and from 2007 to 2011, Chris held the positions of Legislative Director and Chief of Staff at the New York State Assembly. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Political Science from the University at Albany and later obtained a Master's in Public Administration from Rutgers University in 2013.
