Resa Quick is a Senior Director HRBP at Optimum, where they leverage over 23 years of human resources expertise. Previously, Resa held various roles at Comcast, including Senior Director and Director of Human Resources, where they managed employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. Resa began their career at Comcast as a Customer Service Representative and advanced through several HR roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to employee development and organizational goals. Resa is also a Board Director for the SmileUp Charitable Foundation. They are currently pursuing further education at Middle Tennessee State University.
