Melissa Murphy

Melissa Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2013, they started their career as a Technician at Lee Marie Body Wellness and Contout before transitioning to a Care Giver at Consumer Direct. In 2014, they worked as a Mental Health Technician at Willow Springs. The following year, they joined ThriftBooks as a Shipping Specialist. In 2016, Melissa worked as a Mental Health Worker at Chrysalis Health and then as a Technical Support Agent at Alorica. In 2017, they became a Referral Specialist at Bennett Medical Services for a few months, before briefly working as a Childcare Provider at A Gr8 Start. Currently, Melissa is employed by OptimumCX Customer Experience Solutions, where they started in 2017 as a Tier 1 technical support before moving up to an Enterprises Technical Support role in 2018.
