Ardian Gradica BSc(Hons)MSc is currently serving as the Head of Contract Recruitment at Optimus Search, where Ardian oversees a team of Sales Consultants and Resourcing team. Prior to this role, Ardian worked as a Senior Specialist Contract Consultant at the same company, focusing on sectors such as Data, Digital, Life sciences, and Engineering. Ardian previously owned a Restaurant and Bar, and also worked as a Pharmacovigilance Officer at World Medicine. Ardian holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences, an MSc in Drug Toxicology and Safety Pharmacology, and has completed training courses in Pharmacovigilance.
