Tor Selen

Tor Selen is a highly skilled product manager currently working at Optio Incentives since October 2023. Previously, Tor served as a junior product manager at Klaveness Digital, where responsibilities included leading product discovery and roadmapping for the B2B SaaS solution, CargoValue, which enhances supply chain management for industrial companies. Tor has also held roles as a product associate, maritime trainee at Torvald Klaveness, student ambassador and teaching assistant at NTNU, and completed a summer internship at Fred. Olsen Windcarrier, showcasing a strong foundation in product management and teamwork facilitation. Education includes a Master of Science in Marine Technology from NTNU and a degree from The Norwegian Army's Non-commissioned Officer School.
