Molly Will

Molly Will has had extensive work experience in various sales and leadership roles. Molly started their career at Novartis as a Sales Consultant from May 2006 to December 2010. Molly then joined The Payroll Company, Inc. as an Account Development Manager in 2011. In 2012, they worked at Golden Living as the Director of Outreach and Development before joining Option Care Health. At Option Care Health, Molly held multiple roles including Regional Sales Director from November 2012 to April 2016, Area Vice President of Sales from April 2016 to September 2017, Senior Director Sales Operations from September 2017 to January 2020, and Area Vice President of Sales from January 2020 to February 2022. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Commercial Sales at Option Care Health.

Molly Will completed their Master of Science (M.S.) in Workforce Development and Training from UW-Stout in 2002. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Sales and Marketing Operations/Marketing and Distribution Teacher Education from UW-Stout in 2001.
