Paula Inches

Paula Inches has a strong background in healthcare leadership, with significant experience in oncology and clinical operations. Paula most recently served as the Regional Director of Operations at Option Care Health starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Clinical Operations at Northwest Oncology & Hematology from August 2016 to November 2022. Paula also worked as the Director of Cancer Operations at AMITA Health from January 2016 to July 2016. Before that, they served as the Oncology Program Manager at AIM Specialty Health from July 2013 to January 2016. Paula'scareer began as a Nurse Manager at Northwest Oncology & Hematology S.C. in October 1994, where they held the position until July 2013.

Paula Inches earned a Master's degree of Science in Nursing with a focus on Management, Leadership & Education from Illinois Benedictine University between 2010 and 2012. Paula also holds a certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse from the Oncology Nursing Society.
