Alice Lai

Alice Lai is a seasoned educational leader with extensive experience in various roles within the K-12 sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Admissions at Options for Learning since April 2025, Alice has also operated as an Independent Education Consultant and Leadership Coach since July 2019. Prior to this, Alice held multiple positions at District Management Group, including Director of Partnerships and Client Development and Director of Special Projects and K-12 Scheduling. Alice was a Founding Principal at KIPP LA Schools from June 2013 to June 2019 and previously served as a Teacher and Assistant School Leader at KIPP Los Angeles College Preparatory School, as well as a 4th Grade Teacher at Gabriella Charter School and Los Angeles Unified School District. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Education and Administration from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in History and Education from the University of California, Berkeley.
