James Logan has extensive experience in various roles focused on support and customer service. Currently serving as a Support Worker at Options for Supported Living since March 2016, James empowers individuals with disabilities across diverse age groups. Prior to this, James worked as a Business Banking Advisor at Santander UK Corporate & Commercial, providing tailored assistance to business account holders. Additional experience includes a position as a Contact Centre Agent at Assurant Solutions, where James managed customer inquiries related to mobile device protection, and experience in charity fundraising with roles at Incredible Fundraising and Home Fundraising Ltd. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the University of Warwick and A Levels from Winstanley College.
