Howard Rice has extensive experience in quality management and support services, currently serving as National Quality Lead at Options Autism & Learning Disabilities since October 2014, previously holding the role of Performance & Quality Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Quality Improvement Manager and Vocational Support Manager at Community Integrated Care from September 2004 to October 2014, Education & Employment Coordinator at Mencap from May 2001 to August 2004, and Residential Social Worker at Autism Initiatives from December 1997 to April 2001. Howard Rice holds a Master of Arts in Social Enterprise Management from Liverpool John Moores University and a Bachelor of Arts in Disability & Community Studies from Edge Hill University.
