Rachel Martin is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the educational sector. Currently serving as the Headteacher of Baston House School Bromley at Options Autism since February 2023, Rachel previously held positions including Head of Horizon Education Alternative Learning (HEAL) and Director of AP at Horizon Care & Education, where Rachel focused on providing specialist teaching and support for students facing educational challenges. Other notable roles include Head of Learning Strategies at Holmewood House School and Head of Learning Development at St Michael's Prep School.
