Amit Kapoor

Amit is an Executive Director and Head of Options Group’s Los Angeles Office. Amit started his career with Options Group based in the New York office where he joined the firm in November 2015. Amit's expertise is with Senior Management and Senior Investment Professionals within Equities at Hedge Funds (Directional and Neutral) Asset Managers, Family Offices and Private Equity. Amit also has a strong knowledge base across Macro, Credit, Quantitative, and Commodity strategies.

Amit is also a senior member in the Options Group Global Buy side leadership team and also a leader in Options Group’s Business Development effort across the firm’s numerous verticals and offerings working with a wide variety of clientele and managing a team both in NY and in Los Angeles. Amit is often collaborating with the many product and regional experts, as well the intelligence unit (OGiQ) in these many efforts. Prior to this he was a Director of Alternative Investment Search with Long Ridge Partners, a boutique executive search firm focused on the alternative investment industry. Before that he was a COO & Managing Partner at 10X Partners. Prior to that he was a Business Development Manager at Edison Group. Before that he was a Director of Operations at Dunkin Donuts.

Amit holds a BA specializing in Business, Marketing, English, Psychology, and Economics from University of Michigan.
