Kyle Pierce

Kyle Pierce is the co-founder and COO of Options MD. Kyle has extensive experience in civil litigation, particularly in healthcare. Kyle has also worked in acquisitions and business development.

Kyle Pierce graduated from the University of Southern California in 2016 with a degree in Business Administration. Kyle then went on to work as an intern at United Talent Agency and Giant Interactive Group Inc. In 2018, they became an associate attorney at Allan Law Group, P.C. and then at The Bloom Firm. In 2019, they joined Ivie McNeill Wyatt Purcell & Diggs as an associate attorney.

At Ivie McNeill Wyatt Purcell & Diggs, Kyle Pierce managed general liability caseload for the County of Los Angeles. Kyle provided regulatory and operational guidance to hospitals and medical staff, and litigated medical malpractice caseload for large hospital clients. Kyle also drafted and argued dispositive motions and other pleadings before the State Court and Federal Court including motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, and motions to compel.

In 2020, Kyle Pierce left Ivie McNeill Wyatt Purcell & Diggs to start Options MD with Dr. Ryan Stearns. Options MD is a direct primary care practice that provides affordable, high-quality primary care to patients in the Los Angeles area.

They work with Michelle Drapkin - Medical Advisor, Hants Williams - Director, Clinical Research, and James Weinberger - Medical Co-Founder. Kyle Pierce reports to Morgan Hewett, Co-Founder & CEO.
