Our programs are always customized towards your weight loss needs. If your goal is to lose 5 pounds or 150 pounds, we have a plan to help you be successful. We start with a free consultation during which we are able to sit down one on one and review your medical history, past struggles with weight loss, eating habits, lifestyle, and overall goals. Once we are able to tailor and build a program best suited for your lifestyle, you will have an exam with either a Doctor, Physicians Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner. They will be able to evaluate you, determining the most suitable medications to administer during your weight loss program. Next, you will meet with your weight loss counselor to outline your Options nutrition plan, setting you up for success week by week. During each appointment, our skilled counselors will work with you one-on-one to ensure you are not only successful, but learning along the way!
