Gene Robinson has extensive experience in the travel industry, currently serving as an Account Manager on the Customer Success Team at Options Travel since July 2018. Prior to this role, Gene spent four years at Expedia, Inc. as the Manager of GCO Service Delivery for the Complex Air Support Team, overseeing the Global Air Fulfillment Ticketing team and coordinating with vendor partners. Gene's earlier positions include Station Manager at JetBlue Airways, where daily operations for flights in St. Thomas and St. Croix were directed, and Station Manager at Cape Air, managing airport compliance and customer service. Additionally, Gene held the position of NE Area Operations Manager at Expedia Corporate Travel, leading daily operations for several locations, and was the Nordstrom Onsite Manager at Metropolitan Travel, responsible for corporate travel operations. Gene holds a degree from Knapp College of Business in Tacoma, WA.
