Jack Reynaert

VP Partner Optimization & Chief Economist at Options Travel

Jack Reynaert has a diverse and extensive work experience in the travel industry. Jack started their career as a Manager at Thomas Cook Group in 1984 and later became a Travel Manager at Ameritech/Michigan Bell/AT&T. From 1996 to 1999, they worked at Kelly Services, where they directed meeting and travel planning, leading a team and successfully implementing travel policy changes to maximize savings.

In 2000, Reynaert joined Galileo International as a Senior Corporate Sales Executive, and then moved to National Car Rental as a Sales Manager in 1999. Jack served as the President of the Michigan Chapter at the National Business Travel Association from 2004 to 2008.

Reynaert then worked at Travelport/Galileo International as a Senior Corporate Account Executive and TMC Account Manager from 2000 to 2011. In this role, they managed sales strategies, growth initiatives, and contract management with regional Travel Management Companies.

From 2011 to 2020, Reynaert served as the Manager of Global Travel, Meetings & Expense/Corporate Credit Card at Meritor Inc., where they built the Global Travel Team and was responsible for various travel and expense-related functions on a global scale.

Currently, Reynaert is working at Options Travel as the VP Partner Optimization & Chief Economist, where they conduct education, builds value, and closes gaps in Corporate Travel Management programs for new and existing clients. Jack utilizes their analytic skills to identify opportunities for program expansion and cost reduction, providing direction and insight for optimal configuration.

Jack Reynaert attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 1976 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Jack also pursued minors in Geography and Psychology during their time at the university. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Southfield Lathrup from 1971 to 1976, receiving a High School Diploma. In addition to their formal education, Jack obtained a certification as a Residential Builder from the State of Michigan in 1983.
