Ciara McGilligan

Ciara McGilligan is a Technical Support Engineer at Options Technology since September 2021. Previously, McGilligan worked as a Service Desk Technician at Northern Health and Social Care Trust from June 2019 to July 2020, handling frontline calls and providing remote support to resolve issues. Additionally, McGilligan served as an Information Technology Support Officer, focusing on hardware troubleshooting and software installation. Prior to these roles, McGilligan was a Sales Assistant at Tommy Hilfiger from February 2017 to June 2019. McGilligan holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science (Software Systems Development) from Ulster University, completed in 2021.
