Robert Strawbridge

Robert Strawbridge has a strong background in technology and finance, with experience in various roles and companies. Robert is currently the VP Head of Canada - Business Development at Options Technology since November 2020. Before that, they worked at Scotiabank as the Director Global eFX, FX & Funding Technology from May 2015 to November 2020. Prior to Scotiabank, they held multiple positions at TD, including Head of eFX Analysis: Institutional Foreign Exchange Technology from April 2013 to May 2015, IT Business Analyst from August 2012 to April 2013, Technology Associate from August 2011 to August 2012, and CSR/CRC from January 2009 to August 2011.

Robert Strawbridge attended UOIT from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance. In addition to their degree, they also have certifications in the Canadian Securities Course from CSI and in Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft.
