Robin Sayles has oversight responsibility for Options’ scattered-site Mental Health Supportive Housing Program. The program provides a full range of care management and supportive services that enable tenants to live independently in the community. Ms. Sayles is responsible for the administration of the program, monitoring of program services, building relationships with local service providers, and supervision, oversight, and evaluation of staff. She ensures that all services, procedures, and documentation are in compliance with all regulatory and agency mandates. Ms. Sayles began employment with Options in 1998 as the Supported Housing Supervisor and distinguished herself as a caring and capable leader assuming growing responsibilities in the Mental Health Program through the years. Ms. Sayles has her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling.
