Thomas de Pauw

Thomas De Pauw is an experienced Front-end Lead currently at Optios, responsible for creating a front-end roadmap that enhances scalability and quality through improved code practices. Since April 2018, Thomas has also led the front-end platform team "Codey" at Xerius, focusing on the component library and design system to align with business goals. With a strong background in full-stack development and consulting, Thomas has contributed to various roles at Euricom and other companies, emphasizing code quality and testing methodologies such as Cypress and Playwright. Thomas has shared expertise as a speaker at conferences, addressing topics like testing frameworks and design system upgrades. Thomas holds a Professional Bachelor in Information Technology from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent.
