Patrícia Demétrio

Patrícia Demétrio is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple roles in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Optiply since May 2022, Patrícia focuses on employee relations, talent management, and HR systems improvement. Prior to this, Patrícia held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Optiply and worked as a Talent Attraction Consultant at Korn Ferry, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment life cycle and developing candidate sourcing strategies for key industries. Previous roles include Global Recruitment Manager and Global Recruiter at Cross Border Talents, along with HR positions at MetLife and administrative roles in earlier career stages. Patrícia holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Évora, complemented by additional training in pedagogical formation.
