James Truley

James Truley has a diverse work experience. James started as an Exchange Student at Rotary District 7120 where they represented their local Rotary International Club in a year-long cultural exchange to Mumbai, India. James then worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Hobart and William Smith Colleges from May 2018 to March 2020, and later became an Outreach Manager at the same institution from September 2018 to July 2019. During this time, they gained experience in creating and implementing lesson plans to engage middle school students in STEM and managing team deadlines. James also worked as an NSBP Scholar at the National Society of Black Physicists from July 2020 to September 2020. In 2022, they joined Cornell University as an Associate Python Developer until December 2022. Currently, James is working as an Algorithm Engineer at OptiPro Systems from April 2023.

James Truley attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 2016 to 2021. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Physics and Dance as their field of study.
