Dayton Marchese, PE has a wealth of experience in the engineering field. Dayton began their career in 2011 as a Sales Intern at SoCal Solar Services, where they generated financial estimates for solar system installation and managed client accounts. In 2013, they became a Field Intern at the Santa Barbara Audubon Society. In 2014, they were a Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley's Department of Environmental Sciences. In 2016, they became a Research Environmental Engineer at the US Army Corps of Engineers Research & Development Center. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have held the roles of Account Executive and Water Resources Engineer at OptiRTC, Inc.

Dayton Marchese, PE obtained their Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists in September 2019. Dayton completed their Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science at the University of California, Berkeley in 2015, followed by a Master of Science (M.S.) in Environmental Engineering at the same institution in 2016.
