Nicole Williams

Nicole Williams is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs and clinical operations within the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Affairs for Optiscan Imaging Ltd since April 2024, Nicole previously held the position of Director of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at Sterilucent, Inc., where responsibilities included managing a microbiology lab, interfacing with regulatory agencies, and assisting in quality management systems. With a comprehensive background encompassing roles such as Principal Consultant at Matrix Medical Devices and Sr. Director at FiberTech Medical USA, Nicole has a proven track record in aligning processes with ISO 13485 standards and overseeing validation activities. Nicole's earlier experience includes leadership roles at FarbTek, Medical Optics, Ingentor Product Development, and Richard Wolf Medical Instruments, along with foundational work at STERIS Corporation, which provided expertise in product development and device testing. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Gannon University and a diploma from Neshannock High School.
