Paul Lai has worked in various roles since 2011. Paul's first role was as a Business Analyst for Kohann LLC in 2011. Paul then moved to PQC Health in 2015, where they worked as an E-Commerce Administrative Assistant. In 2016, they began working for OptiSigns Inc. as a Customer Success Engineer, and in 2017 they began working for Direct Energy as a Business Analyst. In 2019, they began working for HP as a Business Operations Analyst. In these roles, they have developed and implemented BI solutions utilizing PowerBI and SQL, analyzed and interpreted data, documented business processes, written test cases and scripts, and collaborated with marketing partners on core metrics databases.

Paul Lai received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University in 2011 and a Master's Degree in Information Technology and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2016.
