Since its foundation in 1937, Optiswiss has been locally based and today is completely independent. All prescription lenses are manufactured exclusively at our Basel site – in other words, they’re 100% Swiss made. The production facilities correspond to the latest generation, and the state-of-the-art process and production automation ensures the highest quality standards.

What unites our more than 250 employees is a passion for ophtalmic optics, profound expertise, a keen sense of the needs of customers and the goal of growing sustainably together with our partners.
