Since February 2016, James has served as the Senior Manager of Deal Desk & Financing at Optiv, where a new Deal Desk organization was founded and a high-performing team was developed to enhance pricing strategies and drive profitability. Previously, James held roles such as Finance Manager and Project Manager at Optiv, where initiatives included creating client financing programs and managing complex Identity and Access Management projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Loan Officer & Branch Manager at Bank of Urbana and various positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, culminating as a Senior Financial Analyst. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Drury University.
