Kelly Coates

Kelly Coates, CMP, is an experienced event management professional with a strong background in internal events and community impact, currently serving as Manager at Optiv since December 2019. Previously, Kelly held roles as Marketing Manager for Corporate Programs and Executive Briefing Center Manager at Optiv. Prior experience includes serving as Event Manager at streamlinevents, inc., where responsibilities included strategizing and executing event logistics and managing budgets, and as Catering Sales Manager at Omni Hotels, where event management and client relationship building were key. Earlier roles include Conference Service Coordinator at Omni Hotels and Guest Reception Agent at Se San Diego Hotel. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management from San Diego State University, obtained in 2010.
