Spencer Cobb

Spencer Cobb is a seasoned professional in the cybersecurity and technology sectors with extensive experience in strategic business development and client solutions. Currently serving as Senior Client Solutions Advisor at Optiv since February 2023, Spencer previously held leadership roles including Head of Commercial at Red Balloon Security, Inc., and Enterprise Mobile Security expert at Verizon, where responsibilities included managing mobile and IoT security portfolios. Spencer's entrepreneurial spirit is highlighted by the founding of Mobile Active Defense, Inc., which developed a pioneering unified threat management platform for mobile devices, later acquired by Cyber adAPT, where Spencer served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Additional experience includes roles at Cytellix, Wave Systems Corp., ETSec, and Motorola/Air Defense, showcasing a strong background in sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships.
