Amir Mehmood

Amir Mehmood has significant experience in the field of solution engineering and business development. Amir is currently working as the Director of Solution Engineering at Optiva Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Business Development Manager at the same company from September 2019 to May 2021. Before joining Optiva Inc., Amir worked as a Technical Delivery Manager from an unspecified date in 2018 to September 2019.

Before their tenure at Optiva Inc., Amir worked at Redknee as a Senior Solution Architect from December 2013 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for translating business strategies into effective solutions and leading the development of complex products. Amir also held key certifications, including TOGAF Certified Solution Architect.

Amir's earlier experience includes roles at Nokia Siemens Networks, where they worked as a Solution Architect from August 2011 to November 2013. Amir also served as an IN (Charge@once) Specialist from September 2007 to July 2011. During their time at Nokia Siemens Networks, Amir led a team of engineers and technicians as a Team Leader Core Implementation. Amir was responsible for the installation, commissioning, and integration of network elements.

Amir Mehmood pursued their education at various institutions. Amir completed their Higher Secondary School education at Military College Jhelum from 1994 to 1999. Later, from 1999 to 2003, they attended the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical (Telecommunications). Subsequently, they pursued an MBA specializing in Marketing & Finance Majors at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) from 2010 to 2011.
