Heera Singh

Heera Singh has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications. Heera started their career at Huawei Technologies as a Software Test Engineer, where they were responsible for end-to-end testing of billing systems. Heera later became a Solution Integrator/Validation Test Lead, leading a team in a major Huawei OCS solution deployment project in India.

Heera then worked at Redknee, where they held various roles including Chief Solutions Architect/Senior Enterprise Architect, Solutions Architect/Principal Consultant, and Solution Deployment Specialist/Solution Integrator. In these positions, they handled end-to-end solution design, pre-sales, customer interaction, consulting, and operation. Heera was responsible for analyzing and developing capability, business, and technology architecture, as well as designing technical solution architecture and integration architecture.

Currently, Heera Singh is working at Optiva Inc. as the Director of Professional Services and Services Sales.

Heera Singh completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Manipal Academy of Higher Education from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL 4 Edition) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2022, the Certified Blockchain Expert certification from Blockchain Council in 2021, and the Introduction to IoT certification from Cisco in 2021. Heera also earned the IBM Blockchain Essentials certification from IBM in 2018, the TOGAF Certified certification from The Open Group in 2018, and THE OPEN GROUP ARCHITECTURE FRAMEWORK (TOGAF) FOUNDATION certification from The Open Group in 2017.
