Matt Halligan

Matt Halligan is the current Chief Technology Officer at Optiva. Prior to this, they served as the CTO at IOT Automotive Industry from June 2019 to February 2021. Matt has also held the position of CTO at Enea AB from March 2018 to November 2019, and CTO at Openwave Mobility from April 2012 to February 2018. Matt has been with Optiva since February 2021.

Matt Halligan has a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ulster University, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Queens University in the UK.

They are on a team with Sönke Jens - VP, Services, Dean Liming - VP, Global Managed Services & Support. Their manager is John Giere, President & CEO.
