Richard Kay is a seasoned taxation professional currently serving as Senior Director of Global Taxation at Optiva Inc. since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director of Taxation at Canada Goose, Vice President of Taxation at Livingston International, and Director of Taxation at Royal & SunAlliance. Richard Kay began a significant career in taxation at Deloitte & Touche as a Tax Manager, building expertise over more than a decade.
