Brad Finkbeiner

Brad Finkbeiner began their career in 1999 as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting. In 2004, they were promoted to Senior Consultant, where they advised traditional and emerging companies in Manufacturing, eBusiness and Financial Services. In 2005, they moved to L.E.K. Consulting as a Senior Engagement Manager, where they managed consulting teams in corporate strategy development, market assessment, company valuation/due diligence, and business development. In 2012, they joined 5.11 Tactical as the VP of Global Operations. Finally, in 2016, they co-founded Optivations, where they helped consumer brands address and optimize how they go-to-market via Amazon and other online marketplaces.

Brad Finkbeiner attended the University of Michigan from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Industrial and Operations Engineering. Brad then attended Harvard Business School from 2002 to 2004, where they earned an M.B.A.
