Alex Lawless

Alex Lawless currently serves as the Recruitment Lead at Optiver, where key responsibilities include enhancing the Machine Learning hub and managing recruitment strategies across the US, as well as overseeing UK hiring efforts. Prior to this role, Alex held various positions in recruitment, including Talent Partner/Founder at Minerva Talent Intelligence and Director at EarthStream, where significant contributions were made to the North American technology desk. Experience spans multiple companies, including CloudStream Global, Twenty Recruitment Group, Hays, MA Associates, K2 Partnering Solutions, Computer Futures Solutions, and Newsquest, with a strong focus on recruiting for technology and finance sectors. Alex holds a BA (Hons) in Multi Media Journalism from Bournemouth University.
