Alex Shea has extensive experience in trading and technical support roles within the financial sector. Starting with an industrial placement at Bank of America in 2012, Alex gained valuable site support experience. Following this, Alex worked at Citi as a Technical Support Analyst, participating in a graduate scheme focused on Futures and Equity Electronic Execution Application Support. After a role as an Analyst at Mthree Consulting, Alex held positions at Millennium Management and Citadel, ultimately serving as a Trade Support Engineer at Citadel. Currently, Alex works as a Trading System Support Engineer at Optiver. Alex holds a First Class Honours Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Loughborough University. Early work experience includes sales roles at Homebase and Loughborough Students' Union.
