Ayana Chatterjee

Ayana Chatterjee is an experienced Program Manager at Optiver since April 2023, bringing a diverse background in recruitment and technical support. Previously, Ayana served as a Corporate Recruiter at IDH - The Sustainable Trade Initiative from March 2022 to March 2023 and held roles at DSM, where responsibilities included coordinating recruitment processes for EMEA, managing communications, and enhancing candidate experiences. Ayana also worked as a Technical Support Agent at Teleperformance, where expertise in logistics and customer service was developed. Early career experiences include recruitment support roles at Blue Lynx Group and MeritTrac, demonstrating a strong foundation in talent acquisition and evaluation. Ayana holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from Jadavpur University and has pursued language studies in Dutch.
