Isabella McBean

Isabella McBean is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in trading and talent management. Currently serving as a Trading Recruitment Partner at Optiver since November 2019, Isabella leads business operations recruitment in the APAC region and acts as a business partner for trading recruitment. Prior to this role, Isabella spent time at Google, where responsibilities included positions as a Talent Manager and Staffing Services Associate, along with experience as a Project Coordinator for Google Expeditions. Earlier career roles involved learning and development coordination at the National Union of Teachers and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment. Isabella holds an Honours degree in Media Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Media Studies from Victoria University of Wellington.
