John Rogan

John Rogan is an experienced recruitment professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and workforce development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at Optiver Asia Pacific since March 2017, John leads initiatives to attract top-tier STEAM graduates and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration. Prior to this, experiences include positions such as Head of Campus Recruitment and Engagement at Optiver, various roles at IAG focusing on cultural learning within agile technology environments, and managerial roles at Westpac Group aimed at nurturing emerging technology talent. Additional experience encompasses strategic graduate recruitment at Deloitte Australia and senior recruitment consultancy roles at Bluefin Solutions and Angela Mortimer. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Geography from the University of Otago and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Newcastle University.
