Lilian van Riel

Lilian van Riel is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Recruiter at Optiver since October 2022, Lilian also operates under Lworkx as a Founder and Senior Recruiter. Previous roles include Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager at various organizations, such as Maisters and Orderchamp, as well as Senior Recruitment Manager at Moongro, where project management and team development were key responsibilities. Earlier experience at Ambitious People Group encompassed leadership roles in corporate recruitment, focusing on talent strategy across several countries. Lilian holds a BA in Language and Communication from the University of Amsterdam, completed in 2009.
