Matthew Tharp has over a decade of experience in network and infrastructure engineering, currently serving as Infrastructure Lead and Network Engineer at Optiver since November 2023. Previously, Matthew held multiple roles at Quantlab Group from September 2018 to November 2022, including Managing Architect - Trading Infrastructure and Trading Infrastructure Architect. Prior experience includes positions at Arista Networks as Systems Engineer, Quantlab Financial, LLC as Network Architect and Operations Engineer, and USAA as Network Engineer and Computer Systems Engineer. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University in 2009.
