Nick Seeto currently serves as a Risk Advisor at Optiver, providing expertise in trading risk strategy since April 2023. Previously, Nick accumulated extensive experience as a Portfolio Manager at Maven Securities, Regal Funds Management, and RF Capital Pty Ltd, specializing in systematic volatility trading and tail hedging from November 2020 to October 2022, November 2018 to August 2020, and August 2016 to October 2018 respectively. Nick began a significant career at UBS Investment Bank, holding various roles from Head of Exotic Derivatives Trading to Options Trader between January 2002 and November 2012. Nick holds a Bachelor of Medical Science with First Class Honours in Neuroscience and Pharmacology from the University of Technology Sydney and is pursuing further education in Chinese (Mandarin) at TAFE NSW.
