Zach Hlinka is currently serving as the Enterprise Technology Operations Lead at Optiver, where responsibilities include building and scaling the global enterprise technology operations function while modernizing systems and aligning regional teams. Previously, Zach was the Director of Technology Operations & Transformation at Citadel, leading enterprise transformation across procurement and IT support. Earlier in career, Zach held multiple roles at Apple, including Manager of Service Operations, where leadership was provided for significant product categories, and as Service Program Manager, contributing to the successful launch of the first Apple Watch. Additionally, Zach gained experience at General Electric, where roles included Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and participation in the Financial Management Program. Zach holds an MBA in Strategy and Operations from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Management/Finance from Purdue University.
