William Underwood

William Underwood is the Founder of Optiversal, a role William has held since February 2021. Prior to this, William worked as the Director of Machine Learning at Bazaarvoice from February 2018 to March 2020. William also served as the Co-Founder at AddStructure from July 2014 to February 2018. William co-founded OpinionEQ where William held the title of VP, Engineering from 2009 to 2014. William has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Computer Science from the University of Chicago and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
